Acceptance of the terms

In the event of any dispute or litigation in the interpretation of these terms, for which an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the courts of Nivelles (Belgium) shall be exclusively competent, unless the Publisher, acting as the plaintiff, prefers to bring the case before any other competent court.
