Editing, adaptation and localisation

Our translators are masters of the processes and strategies involved in editing, adaptation and localisation.

Revision and adaptation consist of re-working a text written in a given language, in such a way as to filter out all errors, awkwardness and anomalies.

As for localisation, this consists in adapting a product for a particular region, which includes not only translation into the language of the region, but also adaptation to the culture, norms and needs of the target market.

In order to localise software and websites, our translators are equipped with translation software (Trados, among others) that allows them to work with numerous file formats and assure the uniformity of all translations simultaneously.
